Welcome to Ischemic Stroke Lesion Segmentation (ISLES), a medical image segmentation challenge at the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) 2015. On the VSD-SMIR, you can register for the challenge, download the test data and submit your results. For more information, visit the official ISLES homepage under www.isles-challenge.org/ISLES2015/.
The ISLES challenge consists of two sub-challenge:
IMPORTANT: Please use an institutional email address for the registration. If you do not own one please contact maier[at]imi.uni-luebeck.de.
First time users will have to register, selecting ISLES2015 as research unit in the process. If you already have an account with VSD, navigate to Group Administration and select "Join another research unit" to join ISLES2015. In both cases, you will have to wait until your registration is confirmed by an administrator.
Please register/log in to download the image data. See www.isles-challenge.org under "Data" for details on the image formats, MRI sequences and data types.
